Application for Vending:

General Information/Guidelines for Vendors

  • All Vendors should be pre-registered by the Deadline date of December 1, 2019
  • Vendors are responsible for set up / clean up of their booth area
  • All Vendors must provide own tables, chairs, light and extension cords
  • All parties in a shared booth must be registered at the same time. No last minute substitutions.
  • Booth space must be PAID in FULL by Sunday– December 1, 2019
  • Check in between 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Sunday Village Office
  • No cars allowed on the Village grounds (unload and park on the street or in Midtown shopping center)
  • Vendors will have a Vendor Pass for their car to enter for loading and unloading
  • Must be set up by 11:00 am on the day of the event
  • Vendors must break booth down after the event

Artisan and craft vendors:

Includes vendors selling unique hand crafted items not usually available on the mass commercial market.  An example of unacceptable sale items are:  furniture, store bought goods, commercially produced T-Shirts,  Obama Tees and accessories, etc…

 FEES:   Artisan and Crafts – $50.00 per
